The players must all arrange their cards in two rows of three. The remainder of the deck is then placed in the center of the table. The players pick a dealer and they each receive six cards in the face down position. The game requires three decks of cards and at least three players, but the more players the more fun the game. Just like the outdoor game of golf, the card game known as Golf has a goal of keeping the score as low as possible.
